Background
I lead operations at Slip Robotics, where we build autonomous loading robots that move freight in and out of trucks for warehouse logistics. My focus is turning a hard robotics problem into a reliable, repeatable product — scaling manufacturing, hardening field deployments, and building the team that runs it all. Before Slip, I worked across engineering and operations roles in hardware-heavy environments, learning how to ship physical products that customers depend on every day. The job is equal parts strategy, systems thinking, and showing up on the warehouse floor.
